Poljot International Automatic Mikhail Gorbachev with Seiko NH36 caliber and 42mm diameter!

On the occasion of Mikhail Gorbachev's 70th birthday in 2000, the designer Alexander Shorokhoff developed and produced an anniversary watch for him. In the 1990s, Gorbachev was known all over the world.

This watch model from 2000 has long been sold out. Now the Poljot International manufactory is presenting the third edition of the successful "Gorbachev watch".

Since Mikhail Gorbachev was one of the men who helped open the "Iron Curtain" between East and West, the watch features two flags that symbolize the transition from the USSR to the Russian Federation. The writing on the edge of the dial names the country's renewal with the words "Perestroika", "Peace", "Democratization", "Privatization", "Freedom", "Glasnost" and "Reform".

This watch is produced in a limited edition of just 100 pieces.

Case made of polished-brushed stainless steel with easy-grip crown - 42 mm diameter and 11 mm height; Sapphire crystal! 20 mm lug width.
