A particularly impressive automatic by Poljot International Basilica with the sonorous name "Red October".
Very solid (weight of the watch incl. leather strap 118 grams) brushed stainless steel case with 45 mm diameter (with crown 50 mm), 15 mm height and 22 mm bandwidth; red-black, clockwise turning (nice clicking ...) fluted bezel, large ornated crown and hardened mineral crystal.
The nice silver dial is decorated with a wave structure and shows clearly readable, white luminous hands and indexes - and the date at position "12".
Special feature: 2427 Slava automatic caliber - completely disassembled in Alzenau from Poljot International, checked, regulated and rebuilt.
This Slava 2427 caliber which is longtime out of production is very well known for its high precision and its twin spring barrels! More Details: 21 jewels, 18,000 halfvibrations / hour, swing rotor, Glucydur balance and shock protection. The mounting ring with parts of the date mechanics is part of the caliber - the indirect minute wheel allows a very big balance - two parallel coupled barrels use the remaining space optimally. 40 h. power reserve.
